Payment terms: To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The date can be rescheduled without penalty with a notice of 72 hours, which covers both changes and cancellations. The remaining 50% balance must be settled before work commences. We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer for your convenience.

Please be aware, standard blinds are those that can be dusted or cleaned without specialized equipment or additional time. Material blinds or curtains would necessitate a blind specialist. Venetian & Roller blinds will be separately quoted based on the quantity in the property. Furnished properties will require a separate quote.
Regarding cleaning around or behind heavy items (as per our Terms and Conditions) weighing over 5Kg, clients are responsible for moving these objects to allow our cleaners access for cleaning, and if applicable, return them to their original position.

BOND CLEANING EXCLUSIONS OF BOND CLEANING IN BRISBANE
Certain exclusions apply to our Bond Cleaning Service
- Mould : We aim to remove mould; however, specialised intervention may be necessary for mould embedded in silicon, grout, and other areas.
- Damp Spots :Addressing damp spots may not completely eliminate marks, as they can quickly reappear due to excess moisture..
- Complete Wall Clean :Extensive wall cleaning is necessary only for marks beyond normal wear and tear.
- Discoloration :Normal wear and tear may cause discolouration in items like grout, toilets, and plastics, which may not be fully reversible.
- Tile and Natural Rock Stains :Some stains may require specialist intervention due to the composition of tiles or benchtops.
- Ceilings :We do not clean ceilings
- Dangerous Areas :Areas considered hazardous or dangerous for our cleaners, including broken switches, bio waste, or any other dangerous hazards, will not be cleaned.
- Heights :Cleaning at heights, such as windows in second-floor units, requiring a ladder, will not be performed.
- Garage Walls :Cleaning of garage walls or floors is not included.
- Specialist Services :Areas needing special cleaning equipment, chemicals, or skilled technicians are excluded.
- Additional Items :Items like fridges or furniture not listed in the inclusions will not be cleaned without prior written agreement.
- FURNISHED (IF APPLICABLE) : We will not clean inside cupboards, if items are not removed.
- KITCHEN ITEMS (FURNISHED IF APPLICABLE) :We do not clean nor warrant all kitchen items that occupy cupboards and draws.
- Furnished Property Exclusions : Decorative items inside cupboards, picture frames, vases, lamps, clocks, fruit bowls, and similar items will not be cleaned or warranted.
- Bond Back Guarantee Exclusions : Apart from the Bond Cleaning Exclusions, additional exclusions under the Bond Back Guarantee include.
- Outside Windows :Cleaning outside windows where accessible; however, weather circumstances may affect the warrant.
- Outside Glass :Cleaning outside glass where accessible; weather conditions may affect the warrant.
- Outside Areas :Cleaning is provided but cannot be warranted due to weather exposure, as with balconies or patios.
- Post Pest Control : We do not warrant additional cleaning post pest control, like dead insects or animals resulting from the treatment.
- Garage :No cleaning services are warranted inside or outside the garage.
Completion events refer to occurrences after the bond clean, within the warranty period, that could impact the Managing Agent's bond release. The bond cleaner holds no responsibility or guarantee for cleanliness in such instances. Determination of these events relies on common sense. Examples include:
- Accumulation of expired dead insects, previously alive during the clean.
- Surface dust settling after the cleaning process.
- Dirt or grime near open windows or doors.
- Presence of insect or animal feces.
- Arrival or movement of new residents.
- Unapproved access to the property by a third-party contractor not authorized by us.
KITCHEN ITEMS (FURNISHED IF APPLICABLE)
Regarding kitchen items in furnished properties, we do not clean or provide warranty for all items within cupboards and drawers. Additionally, during the cleaning process, we avoid removing oven glass or doors due to the high risk of breakage or damage.
